Your Mission- Support Head of Merchandising in developing Apparel business plan / strategies - develop and execute the strategies and business opportunities to achieve revenue and gross margin for relevant RBU; - Align with global / region on category directions and key growth driversEnsure range integration with footwear and accessory as well as marketing initiatives- Oversee Apparel relevant RBU business cycle from range building, forecasting, pricing, sell-in and ordering, and sell-through monitoring- Build product range that meets market needs based on sell-in/sell-thru date, consumer insight, competitor’s strategy, and trends.- Identify and communicate range gaps to region for *** product development (SMU)Partner with key internal stakeholders to drive business- Responsible for Apparel relevant RBU business targets: Net sales, sku eff, share of business, standard margin, sell through, and market share.- Develop and implement an efficient process for Apparel relevant RBU business- Develop a systematic competitors’ intelligence process to analyze competitors’ product strategy- Set up performance/development plan for direct reports, review and evaluate performance- Effectively provide guidance for direct reports and coach the junior team members- Partner with cross functional departments in order to deliver comprehensive and effective go-to-market process and product packagesYour Talent- Bachelor degree or above- Strong knowledge and background of apparel in China- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or product creation in the apparel industry (preferably in sportswear industry)- Strategic mindset and ability to be hands-on as well- Strong analytical and pr...
