Job ProfileSr. Analyst, Finance· Job Description SummaryThis role falls under Greater China Supply Chain Finance.In this role, you will manage expense Forecasts and Budgets for DCs in HK & TW. In addition, you will also manage Transportation expenses for the TW market. You will work with business partners (BPs) to learn about the operating model for these areas and source inputs to inform monthly forecasts and annual budgets. Your primary BPs are our Logistics Operations (Ops) team in Shanghai.· Job Description· Prepare monthly expense forecast for HK DC & TW Logistics. Execute monthly close deliverables to maintain financial accounts according to GAAP· Prepare annual budgets for the same areas of responsibility· Provide financial support and analysis to key internal groups such as Logistics Operations, DC Operations, & Retail Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).· Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses. Continually identify opportunities for cost savings through the forecasting and budgeting cycles· Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement with our current forecasting models & reporting tools.· Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross functional teams at all levels of the organization· Participate in other projects and assignments of diverse scope & varying complexity (expect this to be about 50% of overall responsibility).· Additional Job Description· Understanding of financial statements including balance sheets and general ledgers, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and the financial close process· High level of individual accountability and motivation· Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel· Committed to continuous growth and learning职能类别：财务分析员
